纺织机械零件CAPP技术的应用研究

要提高产品的竞争能力，必须在企业中加大CAPP的应用力度，笔者通过应用思普CAPP系统（SIPM/CAPP）编制纺织机械零件工艺文件的实践，证明了在企业中应用CAPP是提高产品的市场竞争能力，提高企业工艺快速反应能力的有力工具。     

Structural reliability optimization using an efficient safety index calculation procedure

The objective of this paper is to conduct reliability-based structural optimization in a multidisciplinary environment. An efficient reliability analysis is developed by expanding the limit functions in terms of intermediate design variables. The design constraints are approximated using multivariate splines in searching for the optimum. The reduction in computational cost realized in safety index calculation and optimization are demonstrated through several structural problems. This paper presents safety index computation, analytical sensitivity analysis of reliability constraints and optimization using truss, frame and plate examples.     

纳米羟基磷灰石的合成及分散性能研究

采用中和反应制备羟基磷灰石（HA），在反应过程中添加了六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和“快易”作分散剂。采用X射线衍射仪（XRD）、扫描电镜（SEM）、透镜电镜（TEM）、热重和差示扫描分析（TG-DSC）等测试手段对所合成的粉末进行了表征。结果表明：分散剂添加的时间对合成粉末的粒径没有明显的影响；三种分散剂中六偏磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠的均有较好的分散效果，粉末粒径达到纳米级。     

Structural properties of 0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.35PbTiO3 relaxor ferroelectric thin films on SrRuO3 conducting oxides

Coating of 0.65Pb(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃–0.35PbTiO₃ (PMN–PT) relaxor ferroelectrics by a sol–gel method is followed by growth of epitaxial SrRuO₃ (SRO) metallic oxide electrodes on SrTiO₃ (STO) single-crystal substrate by pulsed laser deposition. High-quality PMN–PT films on SRO with preferred growth orientation were successfully fabricated by controlling the operation parameters. Structural properties of relaxor ferroelectric PMN–PT thin films on SRO/STO substrates have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). In-plane and out-of-plane alignments of the heterostructure are confirmed and the structural twinning of the materials are also revealed.     

油基钻井液的推广及循环利用

针对普通水基钻井液在钻进中强、强水敏性油藏时会造成储层污染、产量降低的问题,指出了油基钻井液在钻进该类油藏时的优势和其成本高、对生态环境有污染的缺点。为了大面积推广应用油基钻井液,重点介绍了油基钻井液的特性和稳定性影响因素,并通过室内评价证明了油基钻井液在油层保护中的良好效果,着重阐述了油基钻井液在王庄油田的现场应用情况,并探讨了油基钻井液的循环利用技术。研究结果表明,油基钻井液不仅具有良好的油层保护效果,而且具有较好的社会经济效益。     

基于复数权值神经元的数字逻辑最稳健设计

复数权值神经元由于引入了多阈值逻辑而具有更强的性能,文中根据其数学模型,结合二进神经元稳健性的概念,提出了基于该神经元的稳健性定义.并结合定义,实现了基于单个神经元的基本数字逻辑以及异或运算的最稳健设计方案,从而证明了该稳健神经元实现任意数字逻辑的有效性和可行性,说明了其强大的处理能力.     

Polysaccharide‐based artificial extracellular matrix: Preparation and characterization of three‐dimensional,macroporous chitosan,and heparin composite scaffold

Scaffold‐guided tissue engineering based on synthetic and natural occurring polymers has gained many interests in recent year. In this study, the development of a chitosan‐heparin artificial extracellular matrix (AECM) is reported. Three‐dimensional, macroporous composite AECMs composed of heparin (Hep) and chitosan (Chito) were prepared by an interpolyelectrolyte complex/lyophilization method. The Chito‐Hep composite AECMs were, respectively, crosslinked with glutaraldehyde, as well as cocrosslinked with N,N‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐N′‐ethyl carbodiimide (EDC/NHS) and N‐hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The crosslinking reactions were examined by FT‐IR analysis. In physiological buffer solution (PBS), the EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECM showed a relative lower water retention ratio than its glutaraldehyde‐crosslinked counterparts. The EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECMs showed excellent biocompatibility, according to the results of the in vitro cytotoxic test. This result suggested that the EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECMs might be a potential biomaterial for scaffold‐guided tissue engineering applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 文东油田连续气举优化配气数学模型建立及应用

针对连续气举在开发过程中出现的注入气利用效率低、综合效益差的问题，建立了供气能力有限时的优化配气数学模型，给出了解析法求解过程。文东油田现场试验表明，应用该技术可以实现连续气举井的合理配气，并提高油井产量，适合在油田推广应用。
